Coming from an engineering background, my coaching approach is very practical.
My practice is based on my 10+ international experience in academia, commercial and government sector, management books from our In Touch career academy, latest academic research and reports on advancement of women at the workplace.
During our coaching session, we will talk trough your situation at work and your current career goal. Depending on your choice – one session or coaching program, we will make a strategy for getting you the career you deserve and reaching your career goals strategically and according to a tempo that suits your schedule.  

You will receive a pre-assignment to prepare well for our session and I will send you post-coaching material, so you can continue developing your skills even after our session is finished. 

Coaching normally takes place online, in case of VIP coaching we can also work in-person in the Netherlands.
